● If vehicle is cancelled with at least four hours prior to service, no charges will be applied.
● If vehicle is cancelled on site, full price will be charged.
● If vehicle is not cancelled within the four-hour frame, you will be charged for one hour at the hourly rate (plus gratuity).
Mini-Buses and Buses
● If a mini-bus or bus is cancelled the same date of service, a service charge of $145.00 will apply.
● If a mini-bus or bus is cancelled on site or within the four-hour frame, the full charge will apply.
